| The Nashville Facility is a 1.9 MW landfill gas
to electricity facility located in Nashville, Tennessee. The facility
uses two containerized Caterpillar 3516 engine-generators and is
equipped with a 2 MW standby disel generator. The facility was opened
in 1998 and is eligible for certain emission tax credits until 2007.
The facility has a power purchase agreement with the Metropolitan
Government of Nashville & Davidson County.
The facility is situated on a closed landfill site.
