| The Crossroads facility is a 10MW cogeneration
facility located in Mahwah, New Jersey.
The facility is designed to provide electrical and thermal energy
to the adjacent office park, which includes a 240 room Sheraton
Hotel and 370,000 sq. ft. of office space.
The cogeneration facility utilizes one Solar Taurus gas turbine
producing 7,000kW of electricity and 15 mmBtu/hr of thermal output.
The thermal output can be utilized by the corporate park for heating
and cooling. The electrical output can also be sold to the local
utility as well as the corporate park.
