| The facility is located on the Otter Creek, near
Craig, New York. The facility is located at a rehabilitated stone
and masonry dam with a concrete overlay about 115 feet long. It
is a run-of-river facility and rated at 530 kilowatts. The facility
has one Ossberger Cross- Flow turbine.
A new agreement was completed June 22, 2000, with Niagara Mohawk
Power Corporation, for a term of two years. From the date May 1,
2000 until October 31, 2001, the specified settlement rates set
out in the agreement will be paid to the producer.
