| The facility is located on the Oswego River, in
the Town of Phoenix, Onondaga County, New York. The facility is
located at a 866 foot long concrete ogee spillway which is owned
by the New York State Thruway Authority/ Canal Corporation (“NYSTA/CC”).
It is a run-of-river facility and rated at 3,500 kilowatts. The
facility has two ESAC single regulated turbines.
The generation station is directly connected to the Niagara Mohawk
Power Corporation (NMPC) grid and sells energy directly to NMPC
under a 37 year contract which expires in the year 2026, at which
time it converts to an avoided cost basis for an additional nine
years.
